I’ve been a loyal patient at Chiropractic First since 2018 (with a brief break due to a job change), and the care I’ve received from Dr. Jared and his team has truly changed my life. When I first came in, I didn’t have any known health issues. But after getting x-rays, we discovered that my neck curvature was at -7 degrees. Thanks to Dr. Jared’s care and consistent adjustments, by the time I left in 2022, my curvature had improved to 27 degrees. After being away for 1.5 years, it had dropped back down to 7 but within six months of returning, it was back up to 26. While the normal range is 30–40 degrees, I’m confident that with the right education and exercises, I can reach optimal alignment again.
